Shanghai Rapeseed Database


	Shanghai RAPESEED Database was established at National Key Laboratory of Plant Molecular Genetics, Institute of Plant Physiology and Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Brassica species comprise important vegetable and oil crops including Brassica oleracea, B. comprises, and B. napus. Seeds of B. napus contain abundant fatty acids (FAs) such as oleic acid and linoleic acid, and served as one of the main sources of plant oil for human's daily life. The main purpose of the study is to improve the yield and quality of rapeseed, for daily usages and bioenergy.
